GATCHA Crate KAWAII & KAKKoii July 2017 Theme: Metallic Magic Subscription box that includes 5 Gatchapon and one Japanese treat 5/5 stars   I love these little boxes so much I couldn't decide which one to get so went with both. There is the Kawaii box (which means "cute") and could be said to be aimed at girls and then there is the Kakkoii box (which means "cool" and could be said to be aimed at boys. You can decide by gender but there are lots to like in either for anyone. The Kawaii Crate What's included (from left to right): 1. Pokemon Stackable Mini Clip (variations: 11) 2. Konpeito Sheep figure (variations: 6) 3. Koppi Ramune snack 4. Biske & Usagi Rubber Keychain (variations: 5) 5. Nyanko Sensei Nonbe Yokochou (variations: 5) 6. CREEPY CRATE #2 2017

Image
CREEPY CRATE #2 Subscription box featuring creepy, dark items revolving around serial killers and all things creepy 4/5 stars Creepy Crate is a bi-monthly box which arrives at your door in a fairly nondescript box with only its name to imply what creepy things you are about to unveil. Upon opening the box you take in a burst of colour but can't tell very much as the info card and advertisements crowd your view. What's inside the box: 1. All My Friends are Creepy T-Shirt. This is the best t-shirt design I have ever seen in a sub box and it is sooo my style. Unfortunately, I don't wear T-Shirts so I'm planning on turning this into a cushion. The image is taken from Gianluca Sordi's classic photo of black-eyed children. 2. Have a Killer Day Travel Mug. This coffee mug features a John Wayne Gacy original painting and is exclusive to Creepy Crate. This made me laugh when I saw it, perhaps it was nerves since it is so creepy. Everyone knows I'm

COMIC OF THE MONTH CLUB Aug 2017 Subscription box featuring back-issue comics curated to your personal preferences. Each box is different based on profile 5/5 stars Use my link above and receive a discount off your first box! I LOVE the old fashioned pixelated comic background colours of this box. it's a joy to receive in the mail and one I have to run and open up right away. Once opening we can see the company has recently switched to using big bubble wrap bags to insert your collection in, as well, all are board and bagged, so you will very much be receiving in like condition as sent. We peek the monthly newsletter and a title is peeking out so I quickly fliped my box over, pulled out the books covers face down  and proceeded to enjoy the moment of unboxing! Let's get started What's in the box: I'm really thrilled with this months selection in total. First, we have a duo of Booster Golds and a duo of Firestorm. I've met these characters in v

LAVISH BATH BOX July 2017, Theme: Unicorn Believer Subscription box for women to lavish themselves at bath time. 5/5 stars Bath time is so important to me and this box just blows me away. I highly anticipate it every month.  This is what the box looks like in all is gorgeousness when it arrives at your door. And the teasing we get upon opening the box: This is the July Box: Unicorn Believer What was in the box: 1. Viska Scents "I Am A Unicorn" body lotion - Ths is a whipped formula which I've become partial too. It perfectly moisturizes and softens your skin. I was completely satisfied with it and loved the scent which just made me scream orange creamsicle! 2. Mod Bath and Body Unicorn Dreams Sugar Scrub. Another product I'm partial too is sugar scrubs and this one lives up to its name cleaning and invigorating skin while providing a dreamily fruity scent with a hint of muskyness to it. MY BARIATRIC BOX July 2017

Image
MY BARIATRIC BOX July 2017 Subscription box for those on a bariatric (or high protein) diet 1/5 stars I had bariatric surgery coming up on six years now. When I heard about this box I was very interested indeed. I wanted to see what they were offering new bariatric patients and also how good they'd be in helping me to stay on this lifetime diet. When the box arrives you get a plain brown box with no branding except a small sticker. Upon opening, not much can be seen for the large amount of tissue paper packaging. I like boxes that keep you in suspense as long as possible! The box comes with a card detailing all the items received and has nutritional info on the back for a few products which didn't include it on the individual servings. What was in the box: 1. The highlight of this box is an Ulla Smart Hydration Reminder . I hadn't heard of this so looked it up to understand it. It retails for $25 USD or $39.95 CAD, so this really is the big ticket item

SKETCH BOX Summer 2017 Grab Box

Image
SKETCH BOX Summer 2017 Grab Box Subscription box for artists 5/5 stars Every so often Sketch Box has a large grab box sale where you purchase a box full of random items from previous boxes. It's kind of a clear-out for them and a huge deal for us! The box we received was the same size as we normally receive but with a different design on top letting you know it's your grab box. But when you open the box it is jam-packed full of goodness that there is hardly any room for those annoying paper worms! Just my first glimpse let me know I was in for some delights. I've since watched a few other people's unboxings of this and found that people received similar and some of the same items I did but I couldn't find anyone who had exactly the same box. So if you bought more than one box you would probably get a lot of duplicates, some the same but different shades and a few items specific to each box. The majority of my items were mark-making supplies such as

SMITH & CULT Cosmetics Review Eyes, Lips & Blush

Image
SMITH & CULT Cosmetics Review received free from the Amazon Vine program. Smith and Cult Eyeliner , Charcoal, 0.16 oz. Absolutely fantastic! I am an eye makeup addict and had never tried this brand of eyeliner before. In fact, I must say I've never tried a high-end eyeliner before and believe you me, you get what you pay for. While I've graduated onto high-end brands with my other makeup products my eyeliner remained consistent with a drug store brand. What a difference! The colour is thick and bold. It went on smoothly and effortlessly and my wings have never looked this good. This is the best liquid eyeliner I've ever used and I'm willing to fork-out the money for this. I've been wearing it all day today and now, in the evening, it still looks freshly applied. Smith and Cult you have won me over. Here is my usual eye makeup including the liner: Smith & Cult Lip Stain 0.16 oz, Linger Sigh This lip stain is going to make you feel luxu
